One hundred and one unique, poignant, valuable, striking, influential, everyday, erudite, personal, gripping and ordinary objects from the collection of the Netherlands Architecture Institute (NAI) in Rotterdam. The NAi acquires and manages archives encompassing all areas of Dutch architecture and town planning. This site offers an overview of the Institute’s rich collection. More than one hundred pieces from the collection are featured – drawings, models (World Expo Pavilion, Osaka, C. Weeber and J.B. Bakema 1970), books and photographes, selected and described by Dolf Broekhuizen architecture historian on the basis of their particular beauty or rarity. A treasure trove of Dutch architecture.
